Regular attendance and punctuality are essential for every student’s academic success and personal discipline. Students are expected to attend all classes on time every school day. Arriving late not only disrupts the class but also affects the student’s own learning.

If a student is unable to attend school due to illness or any emergency, parents or guardians must inform the school in writing or via phone as early as possible. In the case of a planned leave, a prior written application must be submitted for approval. Continuous absence without notice for more than 7 days may lead to disciplinary action or cancellation of enrollment.

Students are also expected to attend school during exams, important events, and school functions unless granted special permission. Attendance is closely monitored and is a key factor in a student’s evaluation and promotion to the next grade.
