Discipline & Behavior

At Shishu Niketan, discipline is considered a core value that shapes a student’s character and future. All students are expected to maintain respectful, responsible, and well-mannered behavior at all times—within the classroom, on the school grounds, and during any school-related activities.

Students must show respect toward teachers, staff, classmates, and school property. Use of foul language, bullying, fighting, or any kind of physical or verbal abuse is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate disciplinary action. The school follows a zero-tolerance policy towards violence, harassment, or discrimination of any kind.

Students are also expected to follow classroom rules, complete assignments on time, and avoid any behavior that disrupts the teaching-learning process. Repeated disobedience, dishonesty, or violation of school rules may result in suspension or expulsion.

By promoting discipline and good behavior, we aim to build a positive, safe, and respectful learning environment for all students to grow academically and personally.
